Jarrett Banks, a Fairmont State University graduate with an Exercise Science and Sports Coaching background, founded Xclusive Movers. Originally from Alexandria, VA, Jarrett worked in the moving industry in high school and later combined his leadership skills with his passion for providing high-quality moving services.

Jarrett Banks Got His Start at a Local Moving Company
Originally from Alexandria, Virginia, Jarrett got his start in the moving industry in high school, working part-time for a local moving company. His early experience in the field ignited a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of the industry.
Jarrett attended Fairmont State University, where he played football while earning a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. After graduating, he continued his education by pursuing a master’s degree in Sports Coaching at West Virginia State University. Throughout his collegiate career, he took on various coaching roles, including strength and conditioning and directing a youth flag football league in Morgantown, WV.
Ultimately, after much reflection, Jarrett realized that his true passion lay in building his own brand rather than working toward someone else’s vision. Driven by a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, he founded Xclusive Movers with the goal of redefining the moving experience.
